1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery services across:

• Local Region

• All States in India

• Project-based Delivery for Bulk Orders

Delivery availability depends on product type and order quantity.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard Order Delivery: 7–20 working days (depending on customization).

• Bulk / Project Orders: Delivery schedule will be mutually decided during order confirmation.

• Ready Stock Items: 3–7 working days.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customization, production load, transport availability, or unforeseen conditions.

3. Shipping / Transport Charges

• Shipping charges depend on product size, quantity, distance, and vehicle type.

• Charges will be communicated at the time of order placement.

• For bulk orders, transport cost may be partially or fully covered (based on agreement).

4. Packaging

All items are packed with protective materials to avoid transit damage.
Packaging may include stretch wrap, bubble wrap, edge protection, foam sheets, wooden crate (if required), etc.

5. Customer Responsibilities During Delivery

At the time of delivery, the customer must:

• Inspect packaging & product condition before signing acknowledgment.

• Sign the delivery receipt or LR after checking goods.

• Share damage proof (photos/videos) immediately if any issue is found.

6. Damage During Transit

• If the product is received in a damaged condition, customer must inform us within 24–48 hours with evidence.

• We will inspect the complaint and may offer a repair, replacement, or compensation depending on the severity.

7. Installation Services

• Installation charges are separate unless included in the order agreement.

• Installation timeline will be scheduled after delivery or based on project requirements.

• Products damaged due to improper installation by a third party will not be covered.

8. Delay Disclaimer

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

• Transport strikes

• Heavy rains, natural calamities, accidents

• Government restrictions

• Unavailability of transport vehicles
