At S.K. Polyex Industries, we take pride in delivering premium-quality PVC Doors, Wall Panels, Windows, Partitions, Ceiling Solutions, Display Boards, and Interior Services. Every product is manufactured and inspected to meet strict quality standards.

Since most of our products are custom-made as per customer requirements, we follow a transparent and fair approach to returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product delivered is damaged or defective.

• The product is delivered in a wrong size, style, or specification different from what was ordered.

• The product received is incorrect or mismatched compared to the invoice.

Note:

• Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

• Returned goods must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to customization & fabrication processes, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-sized PVC doors, windows, panels, partitions, etc.

• Used, installed, altered, or damaged products due to customer handling.

• Products damaged due to improper installation by a non-authorized installer.

• Items purchased on discount, clearance, or special order.

3. Replacement Process

If the return request is approved:

• A replacement product will be arranged at no additional cost.

• If the exact model/specification is unavailable, an alternate solution will be offered with customer consent.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Replacement is not possible due to product discontinuation or stock unavailability.

• Order was cancelled before production start.

Refund Timelines:

• Refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Charges:

• Inspection & transportation charges (if applicable).

• Design or customization charges already incurred.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.

• If production has begun, cancellation is not permitted, and the advance will be forfeited.

• Product Photos/Videos showing damage/issues
